Our Two Year Warranty covers any defects in the motors of our products. Please note that the warranty replacement is only valid for the same model or a replacement of equal value in the case of discontinued or out-of-stock products.

Activating your LOVISS product warranty is simple. No registration is required. All you need to do is keep your receipt or any other proof of purchase to show when and where your toy was purchased. This information is necessary when requesting a warranty replacement. Without proof of purchase, such as an invoice, sales slip, or bank account reference, we cannot process a replacement. Please note that each customer is entitled to one warranty replacement.
